It's very close to the vaporetto stop, just around a minute walk. The hotel sends direction on how to get there a few days before the reserved arrival date.
The a/c is working well, perfect for a very hot day outside.
It was generally quiet.

Room was very clean, large bathroom. Staff was very nice and held our bags until the room was ready for check in

Lovely clean hotel in a great location in Venice. The reception staff are excellent, the breakfast was good and the lady serving was lovely. Canal view, good bedding and a strong, hot shower. Small note, the shower is separate to the bathroom area and has no door or screen for those who want a little more privacy.
