Relax in our comfortably furnished vacation apartment (50 m²),
which was newly renovated in 2025 and is located just a few steps from the wide, white sandy beach of Kühlungsborn.
The bright living area, furnished with an eye for detail and a harmonious design, features large double patio doors leading to a southwest-facing balcony, a leather couch with an armchair, and a 43" HD smart TV (cable & internet).
Adjacent to this is the integrated dining area and the open, fully equipped new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
We’ve furnished the one bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200), a flat-screen TV, and—
—a closet for your vacation wardrobe.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed (80 x 200), which can be extended to a double bed (160 x 200).
Both bedrooms are equipped with opaque blackout pleated blinds, which
protect you (if desired) from incoming light and thus allow you
to enjoy a healthy and restful sleep.
The apartment features a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
Next to the building entrance is a lockable bike storage room.
Our first-floor apartment is furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests.
A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests.
Upon request, your well-behaved family dog is also welcome for a small additional fee.
On our sunny southwest-facing balcony, you’ll find balcony furniture that invites you to unwind and relax.
One (1) parking space, right next to the house, is included.
An electric vehicle charging station is located 240 meters away.
A DSL flat-rate internet connection (suitable for working from home) is included for our guests
via Wi-Fi. Our apartment is a
NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! and is located in a quiet
area very close to the beach, right behind the beach in the West district.
In the immediate vicinity are the colonnades, a small shopping and strolling area with numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, a coffee roastery, a pizzeria, and an ice cream shop, as well as grocery stores and a laundromat.
You’ll find fresh rolls for your vacation breakfast at the many local bakeries,
all within walking distance.
There are plenty of places throughout town to rent bicycles,
so you can explore the surrounding area on the well-developed network of bike paths.
