Relax in our two-room vacation apartment (43 m²), newly renovated in 2026, with a view of the wide sandy beach in Kühlungsborn, just 30 m away. Adjacent to the bright, harmoniously furnished living room—decorated with an eye for detail, featuring a garden view, a couch, and a 50" smart TV (cable)—is the dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen, newly installed in 2026, featuring a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Gorenje 4-zone ceramic cooktop & oven, a microwave with grill, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an exhaust hood. An adequate supply of dishes, silverware, pots, and glasses is provided for your use.
The balcony facing the garden, with its large double balcony doors, invites you to relax.
We have furnished the bedroom for you with a large double bed, a TV, and a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. It can accommodate two adults and a toddler in a crib; additionally, the sofa bed in the living room can be used by one person. The pleated blinds and blackout curtains protect you from incoming light, ensuring a restful sleep by the sea.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. In the building itself, our guests have free access to a sauna area with a Finnish steam sauna and a sanarium, waterfall showers, and a rest and relaxation room. In the basement, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for your vacation laundry.
Our apartment, located on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator), is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people; a travel crib and high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests. Upon request, your well-behaved family dog is also welcome for a small additional fee. DSL flat-rate Wi-Fi internet is included for our guests in the building.

Our apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! It is situated in a quiet location very close to the beach—about 30 meters away—directly behind the beach in the West district. In the immediate vicinity are the colonnades, a small shopping and strolling promenade
with numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a coffee roastery, a pizzeria, and an ice cream parlor. You’ll find fresh rolls for your vacation breakfast at the many bakeries in town, all within walking distance.
There are also many places throughout town where you can rent bicycles,
so you can explore the surrounding area on the well-developed network of bike paths. (We’re also happy to rent out our two other apartments: “Ostseestrand-13” with a terrace and “Ostseestrand-14” with two balconies.)
