I wanted to surprise my partner for her birthday and have the room decorated. Carmen was exceptional, and helped me plan everything from beginning to end and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She made sure that everything had a great flow, and my partner was totally surprised.
We had drinks at the bar, and everyone was so nice there, while Richard took great care of us when recommending some restaurants to try out on our last day, amazing staff!

The corner bedroom had an amazing view of the city. The hotel was modern and clean. It’s centrally located and walking distance to several places near casino and Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and super helpful.
There wasn’t much of an option for self-parking around so we had to use valet parking which was fine but it meant that I couldn’t just get up and go without waiting for valet to retrieve my car

The elevators did not work. We were limited to 2 all weekend
