I love the ambience and the staff were so sweet

I’ve been to this property 8 times at least Location wise it’s great but every time I go back it just feels so tired

You can’t use the pool FRI SAT or SUN IF you have kids ? This is a new rule and it’s hugely poor, you’re paying for the “ swim club “ but you only get half the amenities - yet they are the most expensive nights ??? We were given 3 free passes to Palm Springs surf club as compensation which was kind (thank you Jono ) but the pssses do not work … FRI SAT OR SUN … A black coffee is $10 ?? Across the street it’s $4.50 I get it if the hotel was so beautiful but honestly the amount of hair. Pimple patches and tissues floating in the pool are just really really poor. The staff are great, I think they are doing a good job trying to make the place still fun, but honestly this place is tired and I don’t think the new management cares
