La Serena Villas

A lovely villa with a private patio,access to Hotel Bikes great for exploring & safe routes to follow. A pool & jacuzzi to relax Restaurant on site,continental breakfast and a 5 minute walk to shops & restaurants.

I just love this property. It’s decorated super cute and very cozy. I love the staff they were great. This property is truly a gem.

We got massages and they were pretty good but very expensive.

Beautiful spacious rooms with private outside area. Wonderful pool and stunning roof top restaurant.

The room was spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant food and drinks was good. The pool was on the smaller side, but nice.

Not the experience you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars and charging you a 4 star hotel rate. The room wasn't cleaned well. The outlets near the bed didn't work and were never fixed. The private outside bathtub was dirty and when we asked for it be cleaned, a worker came in (without any cleaning products) to "clean" it. He said they don't use any cleaning products (even between guests) to clean the tub and only use hot water - so definitely did not use it during our stay. The room safe was broken. The chairs by the pool filled up by 10am on weekends. Staff was unhelpful and clueless.
