Great location and loved the rooftop pool. Fabulous to be able to have bikes and breakfast as part of our package too!

Note this is a pet friendly hotel. We had barking dogs 24/7 for our first night/day. We mentioned to front of house and they did tend to it immediately which we were grateful for.

Location is fantastic right in the heart of Palm Springs downtown. Rooms are decent size with huge windows making room larger, providing ample light and great views. Like foyer’s high ceiling and sense of spaciousness. Stuff is nice and attentive.

Bathroom has no electric vent only the passive one. Why? Lighting in the bathroom is dim even at max settings. Shower faucet broke luckily for us on a day we were living. Mattress is on semi soft rather than hard size. Rooftop pool should be a a no brainer but didn’t quite deliver. Bar area is somewhat squashed in the far corner with only few seats. Water in the pool seemed bit cloudy rather than crystal clear blue. Parking is really on open space, no cover so you’re car will be nice and toasty. Rooms was advised with breakfast included. Which was somewhat true as it included coupon for $60 at the hotel restaurant. Except being hotel restaurant there’s no way you can spend only $60 for breakfast for whole family. In the end it covered less than half the cost of breakfast

The location. The river view from my room was beautiful!

Room was very dusty. Needed a deep cleaning. The restaurant food was just okay. The service was lovely though, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
