Location was the most important for us. Close to shopping, dining.
There was an issue with over payment at check in and unfortunately the gentleman that checked us in didn’t want to look into it. Very grateful Sangeeta the next morning who got it resolved.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and was always willing to help me and other guest i saw in and out of the hotel.
I didn't like that i asked for clean clean new towels 3x and or beds where never made by the house keeps when we went out. We had to make our own beds. The floors where scratched bad and a lot of dust behind the beds (i noticed this when one of my kids dropped there stuffed animal in that area).
