Walking distance to the Fall, was easy during day time and night time both.

It was across the street from the convention center where our conference was.
The house cleaning girl that worked on the fourth floor on Friday night. She was very rude when we asked for clean towels. She snapped her glove and said very snotty “ I don’t have any go the the front desk”. She had lots on her cleaning cart.

Close by to the falls. Close by to restaurants.
The mattress was awful, breakfast was very lacking considering everything looks like it would be a buffet instead it's just waffles, bread, yogurt and cereal. Not enough parking for the hotel.

I enjoyed how close I was to everything downtown and to the falls.
First when we got there they checked us in we went to our room and they were still there "cleaning" it. We waited about 20 minutes outside of the room. They beds were super hard and uncomfortable. The blankets on the bed were super thin and there were no extra blankets in the room. The tub was gross and looked like it needed to be cleaned, water didnt get hot for shower just warm. I felt more uncomfortable walking down the hallways and using the elevator than walking around outside.
