The decor was very nice
The thermastat was set to 65. A big waste of utilities. The room was freezing.
The bed was very lumpy. It was very hard to get comfortable, in fact I never get what I would call comfortable and only slept about 3 hrs total in fits of sleep. For a room that was supposed to be handicap friendly, it had one bar in a not very useful place, the back wall of the tub. The toilet area would have been a more useful place since the toilet was a standard height and hard to rise from.

Facility was clean and the gym was really nice.
The breakfast voucher system. It's confusing and it takes too much time to be served. If I'm eating breakfast at a hotel, I prefer to go in, get what I need, eat, and leave. We had to wait on a server to bring a menu and then had to wait for the food. Food was OK, just wasn't the service we were looking for.

The property was clean but you could tell it was dated.
We were on the 2nd floor and the view was all of the electrical and air systems. If we booked again we would request a different floor
