Clean, comfortable and quiet in the studio room annex of the Inn. Walking distance to “Rain Modern Chinese” restaurant which we enjoyed.

The actual property was cool - the downstairs foyer was lovely - the kitchen where they served a simple breakfast and coffee was very clean, more modern and the outside gardens were beautiful - parking was offered a block away in an outside locked parking lot
We booked the main property but were put up in a property a couple doors down - it was fine -

Room was clean & bed comfortable
The address and photos on the website site are 393 State St. This is more of the admin area and breakfast.
Rooms are actually at 399 State, which is a 9 story apartment structure. "Breakfast" was provided, but only cereal, bagels, muffins & hard-boiled eggs were provided. No hot food.
We were charged separately $10 for parking and not informed of this charge until the bill was presented.
Nothing was as presented on the website.
