Snacks available could have been healthier, specifically, free of polyunsaturated fatty acids (cottonseed oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, all the oils deprecated by Dr. Kate Shanahan) and that do contain healthy oils - e.g., olive oil.

Pillows and bed

Room 1400 ac was not working properly. 2 carafes of coffee were empty by 7:30am, there were eventually filled, but how does it run out?

Everyone was friendly and the property was clean.

No free complimentary breakfast

Didn't have breakfast. Location was ok. There isn't alot of Albany that I feel safe in.

Parking garage was ridiculous. Couldn't even check in before parking because the whole lobby entrance was blocked by box cars. No clear visible signs directing us where elevators or stalrs were let alone how to get to lobby to check in. Ended up on a the whole other side of the hotel and had to walk completely around the building for the entrance. I'm thankful it wasn't at night. I dont feel safe in the area to begin with and it was just my dtr and I. Lastly, there should be someone posted at the garage exit. There was a line of people trying to get out of the garage and each car had difficulty using room key to exit, including myself. The cars were wrapped all the way up ramp.
