The ice skating- gym- pool and options available during the Nor' Easter - very friendly and responsive staff.
Wish the room had a little stove or oven to cook. Thought the kitchen had more than a microwave

Great location, nice amenities.
Our room needed a little maintenance the door had missing screws and was hard to lock. Didn't always get left toilet paper and coffee supplies. Had to ask several times.

The building was nice a really cool ice rink and play time and things to do with the kids and the location for cruise week is primo
The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking sewer water from the apartment above and we had a 7 month old baby with us so that was fun and we had to call 3 times to have our trash picked up and each time someone said nothing ever got said about trash but other than that it was alright
