Hair in the bathroom, guess they didn’t notice it

Staff were friendly and caring and I will come back again.

The room was clean the pool was open and the water was refreshing and clean the bar restaurant was reasonably priced and very convenient the staff was courteous and helpful

The area around the pool needs some maintenance the gates to the pool need to be fixed

The staff were very nice and polite. They were also quick to help with any issues. Genuinely very kind people — especially at the reception desk!

The hotel is clearly in need of some maintenance. There were several ceiling tiles in our bathroom that had water damage, and the carpet was badly stained with years of use. Also the A/C unit was very dirty with visible build up inside the vents and along the edges. We were given keys for external doors to get into the hotel after hours but found the door’s locking system did not work — anyone could enter through the side external doors. Along the hall to our room, there was an ice machine that had constant water on the floor and above the vending machine is a water damaged tile with what appeared to be mold growing all over it — the tile looked ready to collapses. All of this to say that the staff there is wonderful, but it’s clear that whatever company owns the hotel is not putting their money towards maintenance and upkeep as they should.
