Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Superb.
As for facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed rooms.
Location was excellent too for an easy walk to the main town centre and Castle. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
No negatives at all.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor was exceptional and very charming. Breakfast and happy hour were also wonderful. We loved our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much for everything!
