Great location and good facilities. Great view on Mt.Fuji. Fun breakfast and cool extras like bonfire and s'mores. I really liked my stay and I would come back for sure. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. Car parking in front of the cabin. They had a little projector in the room for movies, that was super fun.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than the official check-in time, we asked if the cabin is ready. They said yes but if we check-in in immediately we have to pay a % of the fee. as we were tired from travelling we just paid and didn't complain, although I do find this a bit ridiculous as the cabin was ready, nothing that had to be changed. I suggest to alter the policy here.

It’s pretty, well-located, and just kinda cool. The staff tried their best to help.

Unfortunately this place is not well accommodated for foreign tourists, and not by their ability to communicate their procedures. For example, using the bbq is an extra, and using their cutting board and knives (I’m a tourist, I don’t have these things with me) is an extra. The hot tub that looks big and jacuzzi in the photos was just a one person bath… Breakfast was me using cocking for myself using their VERY specific instructions, which weren’t clear while we booked. Same with the garbage instructions, it wasn’t clear how to treat it, they had contradicting instructions… As well, the housing units are starting to show their age.
