Everything :) Katerina is really nice and kind person , ready to help. The apartment is modern, clean, very comfortable, felt as in own home. Everything what you need is at the place, the tarrace is cozy, perfect for chill after sightseeing of Chania. Great time, thank you :)

Apartment is really spacious, modern and sparkling clean with everything you might need(sandwich maker, oven, qualitative pots and pans, nice wine glasses, etc...). Bed was particularly comfortable. Really close to the beach and the venetian harbour. There is a lovely outside sitting area where you can eat breakfast or drink your coffee. Overall we felt like home and we would like to come back. Katerina was very welcoming and the communication with her was very good. She recommended us a car rental company which is really close to the apartment and had the best prices and full insurance which made our stay so much hassle free. Chania is a lovely town, full of things and places we haven't yet discovered since we used it for our base while traveling to Balos, Elafonissi, Falasarna, Marathi and Preveli beaches. We recommend this place and can't wait to come again next year.

The apartment was great in walking distance to the beach and center of Chania. Katerina, the host, was very friendly, and her sweet father too who gave us grapes and pomegranates from the garden. It was perfect for remote work and also pet friendly. It exceeded our expectations, as the area and the hospitality were great! I definitely recommend it :)

The Apartment is absolutely brilliant with everything you could need. The Location is great 5 minutes to the Beach and 15 minutes to the Old Town. A Small Shop literally less than 1 minute away and main supermarket at the top of the road 3/4 minutes. The Lady is a great Host and very helpful and the old man and Son also Great. Thanks. I liked everything about the apartment. If I had to picky and this is just a personal preference I always like Blackout Curtains in a bedroom. That’s literally it! Thanks for a Great stay 😊

Lovely size, comfortable , had everything we needed and more - our host Katerina was friendly and kind , told us about places to go and things to do She invited us to treat the apartment as our home , she was very kind and made us feel very welcome The neighbourhood was quiet , and yet only minutes walk into the main town of chania and also only about 3 minutes walk to the beach too

Centrally located in a rural environment, where you feel very much at home. Katarina, the host, was extremely friendly and accomodating upon arrival and throughout. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Minimarked just around the corner. 15 minutes walk to the city center. A very positive experience that we would not hesitate to repeat.
