Many staff speak Japanese and have hospitality. Room facility is normal but clean and enough.
The best thing is open air bath, 'Rotenburo'. Very comfortable and can be relax in the Rotenburo. It's maintained clean. You can use washing machine and drying machine with detergent freely, they even have softer.
If you leave early in the morning, they provide rice ball box with advance notice.
They have several branches in Vietnam, I wanna choose them again.
There was no shoe shine cloth in room. You should be careful temperature of hot water is very high. But overall nothing unsatisfied point.
