The whole hostel was really good, in terms of everything. The social aspect was a little disappointing but still not the fault of the hostel.

The staff is really bad at speaking or understanding English so it was cumbersome to communicate properly with the staff. It's such a nice hostel, if they keep good well educated and good in English staff, it'll be great!

Great hostel with good amenities. The free self serve breakfast was plentiful, there’s free drinking water, shampoo/shower gel in the bathrooms and free bicycles. You also get a free drink each day from the cafe menu, which includes iced caramel lattes and other barista drinks - this is a huge perk! The A/C in the dorms was good, the bunks were spacious and private and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s a small hostel and was not very social at all.

One of the best hostels I stayed at during my three month trip through Asia. Spacious dorms, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and very friendly staff! There even is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The fridge is stacked with free breakfast foods you may prepare for your own breakfast.

The location is just right the city center so it’s kinda convenient. The staffs can speak English and they are always welcome to help. I really love their breakfast like it’s self-prepared but they provide almost everything so you can have a decent one. And they give free-drink coupons, 1 per each day. Their coffee is good too. The place is clean. It gives the vintage vibe with superb music playing at the lobby. The bathroom’s sanitary level is also satisfactory. Overall, the stay is great. If I ever come back to Laos, I would stay there again.

Bed is comfy, the curtains on the bunk beds are very thick so you have privacy, rooms are clean.

The reception doesn’t speak english well. i can see them panicking everytime i ask a question, tho they try their best to help me.

It was very clean, most staff were lovely. The breakfast provisions were great. Enjoyed the 1 free coffee

The doors to the accommodation block and then the dorm rooms are heavy auto close doors which slam if not held which mostly they're not. Even with earplugs you hear it and feel the shudder. A soft close mechanism would improve it greatly. Would be better and more social if the bar/cafe opened after 6pm. the guy at reception made people move beds for no reason

A tastefully decorated hostel. The beds are comfortable and spacious. there is a small terrace where you can rest and eat, and also a very nice coffee shop in a beautiful retro style. The staff is really lovely. The best hotel I have had in Laos.

As I arrived there, a lady informed me that the hostel was closed for now. Don't know why it's still on Bookings. I think it's a scam. Avoid it!
