Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Nice room with window. Good air con. There was a fan too but it was a bit noisy. Can’t comment on breakfast as it wasn’t included in our room rate so we went elsewhere.

Not a big deal but no shower curtain meaning floor bathroom got wet. Blanket was very thin but it was manageable

Das Zimmer nach hinten raus war sehr schön ruhig, kein Strassenlärm. Alles war sauber, gepflegt, stilvoll. Das Bett sehr bequem, ebenso die Kissen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen freundlich, hilfsbereit mit professioneller Distanz. Das Frühstück lecker, frisch, sehr guter Cafe und frischer Saft.
Mit einem Wasserkocher und Fön im Zimmer wäre es perfekt gewesen.

I lived here for 2.5 years. It is quiet despite being in the town center. The owner family manages the place and that makes it special. They know what mature and learned travellers need. It's really a home away from home for me.
Internet drops. So if you are doing online meetings, make sure you fetch a pocket wifi or tether from your own device.

Great location of the hotel within Vientiane, beautiful rooms and furniture in an old charming colonial house, very clean and quiet, breakfast was fine as well.
The overall atmosphere there was quite compelling.
I liked everything about this hotel :)
