The breakfast was poor and the local is quite small. Many mosquitos outside. The pool is nice but too cold.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! We arrived at 14:00 sharp for our check-in and was told that the room wasn’t ready because of late check out from previous guests. Unhappy as I am, I asked if there is any other rooms we can check-in temporarily because we were all exhausted from our flight. And then the receptionist said no, and told us that we should understand and be empathize for them?? Then he went on and on about how we should be more understanding about the situation and “If you can accept it then good, if you can’t, then can’t”???? I have no idea you can talk to a guest like that. I just want to leave immediately when I heard that sentence And yes, again, we received no apology!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. There is a sense of pride by all the staff!

Arranged a shuttle bus (as per booking.com) but it didn’t show up. Upon asking they now say they charge for this - but it said it was free online.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was great. Very spacious, big rooms and fully self contained with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Also a balcony. The place has a great pool. It also has a wonderful laundrette. We totally enjoyed our 4 nights in this lovely place. There are loads of restaurant in walking distance (15 min) and a little grocery around the corner (5 min). We loved it.

Several positive outlook was the pool was very spacious and the staff of workers were professional and prompt. The gated entrance and surrounding fences throughout the hotel was a plus as the small nearby stores were convenient. The sauna was operational and relaxing but the hot jacuzzi seems like it should be located outside or near the pool. The Executive rooms was very spacious, equipped with a washing machine even tho they have it downstairs. The kitchen had the basic amenities you need as two separate bathrooms was a plus.

As majority of the reviews stated, mosquitoes are prevalent and we seen a few flying around during breakfast (and throughout the outdoor hallways). Don’t think mosquitoes can be eradicated due to the humidity and it’s current location. The property was maintained, but could utilize a few upgrades. The faucet in the room were loose, had a smell of “older” people as fragrance would have been nice. The curtains on the window were run down and the rooms doesn’t feel welcoming (no painting or designs). The gym room could REALLY use some renovation since the treadmill is off track, half of the machines were broken/worn (no A/C but fan only). The hotel has potential as attention to details could make the place that much more enjoyable. I would’ve taken pictures to upload had I’d know about the reviews.

The fully services apartment hotel was very pleasant to stay after 2 years of pandemic break. Nothing changed and I can only recommend this place if you want to stay in a walking distance of 10 minutes from nice restaurants along the Mekong. The pool area is also very pleasant. The apartment hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center with the presidential palace about 25 minutes away on foot. A little supermarket is around the corner towards the Crown Plaza hotel. I usually do not book breakfast for my stays in this place and would recommend to eat on weekends in those little charming places close to the Mekong like Danno's. In the evenings when too lazy after work to go out alone or in case of rain I sometimes ordered food through delivery services.

Good location, very clean good facilities. If you are traveling with family this is the best choice in VTE!

Mosquitoes in the hallway at night. Hall lights + open air setup meant at least a few mosquitoes sneaking into my room if I came back in the evening. Main road can also be a bit of a hassle to cross during "rush" hour. View was sub par. But most buildings in VTE aren't tall enough to have good views.
