Our stay at this beautiful place started with a warm welcome from the host. She is one of those people you can tell cares about the experience of her guests. She went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. As short as it was (Sat-Mon) I felt like I was in Montreal for a whole week and I believe it was because of the location, being able to walk just a block down to Sainte-catherine and a block up the street to various cozy hidden gem restaurants truly made us feel like we were in the heart of the city. Thank you for an amazing experience and hosting us. I am looking forward to my next stay, and I wish you all the best. 🙏

We had a great time here. The neighborhood is cute, lots of stuff close by. It is a city, so there were quite a few people asking for money near the apartment, but would stay here again!

Our family loved our stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had so many great features. Lots of space to relax and spend time together and nice bedrooms. The apartment was stocked with dishes, cookware, bed linens, plenty of pillows and blankets, towels, etc. There were some really nice touches as well: a basket of snacks, hair dryer, tea, espresso machine, and several condiments, and more. There is a delicious restaurant just downstairs from the apartment that serves an amazing breakfast! Close to the train... from which you can get just about anywhere in the city. A couple of things to be aware of if you are traveling with small children or older people...There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment as it is on the 3rd floor, and there is a lot of glass in the apartment (dining table and accent tables). Overall just great and no complaints. The host was friendly and respinsice. Excellent place, wonderful stay.

Great communication

We stayed 8 nights at the VRBO. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is very central - restaurants, shops, metro are all very close. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This VRBO definitely felt like a home-away-from-home. Should we return to Montreal we would definitely book again.

Host is very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is close to everything. You feel very much like a local staying here. In the heart of it all, yet tucked away when you are ready to relax. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit and face an alley. You do not hear any noise. Extremely quite and peaceful.

The stay at this rental was simply wonderful from beginning to end. The host was very accommodating and gave us tips for the stay. If we ever come back to Montreal, we will definitely book here.

I have nothing but positive remarks to make about Richard's apartment. The location is spectacular, a few hundred steps to both major metro lines, convenient grocery, great restaurants and the best breakfast place in Montréal on one side and a fantastic espresso shop on the other. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed, comfortable and lovely. 5+ stars!

Spacious, well located and very comfortable! We really enjoyed this condo and have already referred several people to book it! The beds are comfortable, which is a big deal for me because I don’t usually sleep well away from home! The condo is well equipped with everything you need and there are grocery stores, SAQ, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance! I stay in montreal once a month and will definitely book this place again!

...having spent some time in the summer and spring in past years. This apartment was perfect, and satisfied our major requirements: cleanliness, quiet and comfortable beds. It was also well stocked with dishes and utensils. We learned to travel the city on foot and via Metro- the location is minutes from the major metro hub, and very near a major grocery store, vieux Montreal, Quartier de Spectacles, Quartier Latin, Chinatown and much more. Alexandrine was an accessible and helpful host. I couldn't imagine a better place from which to take advantage of all that Montreal has to offer.

The property was nice, clean, and very cozy. Full amenities. Great location. On top of it, the host was wonderful, kind, and attentive to our needs. In one word they made it a memorable stay for us and we will definitely be back.

I can't say enough positive things about this place -- and the owners! The pictures do not lie. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed, including up-to-date and well functioning appliances, TV and entertainment options (streaming services and DVDs), and even snacks! The bedrooms were more than sufficient for our family (parents and two boys). And the location is terrific. There are so many dining options nearby, including the breakfast joint next door where we ate each morning and the terrific coffee shop -- also next door -- where we got our caffeine fix. Also within close proximity is a subway station that connects to major parts of the city. The hosts were just as amazing. The made sure the place was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all supplies. But they went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine, giving us delicious pastries, and giving us directions and suggestions for where to buy toboggans -- making for a fun-filled night of sledding at Parc-Jean Drapeau! We would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was easy, welcoming host. Living room is spacious to help relax along with the duo shower and bathtub. Convenient location, plenty of metered street parking when we stayed.

The host was wonderful and the apartment was stocked with so many goodies and items to really make you feel like home. And it’s super convenient to public transportation and a grocery store. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

A very well located property, in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, etc... The host was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. Excellent séjour

The place was spacious, clean and decorated nicely, stocked with everything we needed and the washer/dryer, wine and candy was a bonus! Loved the location!! It was central to all attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, mall, transit. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. All amenities were provided so that we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great and their feedback was always timely. Added bonus was the drinks & snacks provided for us in the Apartment. We will definitely come again if we have the opportunity to return to Montreal.

Good communication, great location, spacious and very welcoming owners

Alexandrine & Richard have 2 beautiful units above a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot that literally saved us on more than one occasion! We stayed in the larger unit on the upper floor and it was clean, wonderfully updated and beautiful. They greeted us with warm smiles, had wine waiting for us and dishes filled with all the kids' favorite candies! Rue St Catherine (around the corner and closed to traffic) has loads of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and shops and...Starbucks & A&W when we just needed something fast. Wonderful access to 2 metró stations and a 10 minute walk or quick Uber to Vieux Port. We had a little trouble with our internet and Alexandrine ran a brand new Google router and extenders over immediately and when we offered to set up, she was so grateful, she brought champagne, ice cream bars and paid for our parking space...then proceeded to pay for our breakfast downstairs one morning. Additionally, I forgot something at home and needed to have something overnighted...Alex received it for me and ran it over to the apartment immediately. Really...the most attentive, sweet couple! I will say, since you do tend to walk a lot in Montrèal, there are two full flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment so after a long day of sightseeing, be prepared for that 🤣 Roof terrace is shared with unit below and there are visible fireworks at least once a week in the Summer. Choose this rental and you won’t be disappointed. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in, everything was spotless and well cared for. Our hosts were awesome, from showing us around the neighborhood so we would know where stores and restaurants were to making sure everything was thought of that we might need. They even left a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and a selection of chocolates. On our last night they messaged to let us know that we could go up on the rooftop terrace to watch the fireworks being set off at the river. The location of the property was excellent too. Several good restaurants are very close and many attractions in Old Montreal are within walking distance or you can take the metro that was very close as well. We parked in the space they had available for rent and didn’t even move it the rest of our stay. This property is top notch and helped make our stay in Montreal a great experience. Would not hesitate to rent it again!

Four friends traveled to Montreal and loved our stay. We were a short walk to the metro and took full advantage to explore the city. Near the flat, we had everything we needed (grocery store nearby, wonderful breakfast place next door, amazing restaurants within a short walk). We felt welcomed and the place had everything we needed. The terrace was icing on the cake.

Quite satisfied with this rental in light of a clean, spacious, fully equipped and comfortable condo that additionally is very well located to nearby Vieux-Montreal, St-Catherine Street and other well known neighborhood such as St-Denis, all accessible via walking. The most sympathetic and accommodating hosts was also an added feature.

This was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I for our vacation to a Montréal. It was very centrally located to the metro. The owners were very personable and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. Would love to come back!

Alexandrine & Richard were there to greet us and make sure we were settled in. They made sure we had enough coffee, pop, juice, etc to get us started and even ran out to grab some beer for us! The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the central metro/subway station, and a 15 minute walk to the downtown area - location couldn't be much better. Breakfast, coffee shops and casual dining all within steps. Highly recommended!

I’m so glad we booked this property, it was truly perfection all around! Richard and his wife are hands down the best hosts ever! We were greeted with a beautiful bottle of wine and fresh croissants in the morning…what more could you ask for :) Not to mention the location is great, 10min walk to Old Montreal and great restaurants and shops all around! Since the weather was warming up we were able to enjoy morning yoga on the rooftop…amazing! I couldn’t recommend this place more, from the booking process, easy check-in, cleanliness and quiet and relaxing stay in the perfect location where you can walk just about anywhere. So glad we booked this little gem, it made our vacation that more special.
