We received two sets of keys.

The reception was very difficult to get hold of on the phone, communication regarding check-in was only sent a few hours prior to check in. We also didn't receive enough soap or toilet paper for 10 people.

Run down property, not blankets or dishwashing liquid or tea towels or garbage bags or toilet paper. Not clean. broken parts all through the house

location was great & the house was very accomodating for families. loved the bikes. kids loved it.

unfortunately the property was unclean so we gave it a clean before we started using the facilities. the bikes needed screws tightened and air in tyres. the sliding door out to entertaining area was damaged. pool was dirty and felt slimy. would look into property maintenance? cleaning fee doesn’t reflect the cleanliness of the house.

So much space for a large family, the photos do not really do it justice. Lovely pool and BBQ area So close to beach , walk 5 mins. Still close enough to town to walk . The owners provided bikes for a grown family ( not toddler bikes)and everything required to enjoy the beach. Sun shades, flippers, body boards the list goes on. Kitchen packed with everything you need. Plenty of parking , but the neighbours will let you know when you are to close to their driveways 😁 House in a very lovely estate with some amazing homes.

The staff are rude. The property is in poor condition for the price. The house was far from a satisfactory level of clean. The place is getting run down and needs some work to deliver the standard they are trying to achieve.
