Excellent location

The unit is aging & needs a really deep clean & update

Unfortunately our 88 year old grandmother could not have a shower, due to design and no bars to hang on to

We were moved from Paradiso to another accomadation and the whole experience was amazing. We were told in advance that we were being relocated, and the process went smoothly. The new facilities (sunrise cove) were so good, we booked again. Thank you.

The Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent,however, that was not a big issue for us.

Asked for a couple of toilet rolls and couldn’t get any had to walk to the supermarket

Location and beach were great. Very spacious apartment. The facilities: pool, spa, gym were all great.

The apartment was not clean, benches and floors were not clean. Bathrooms were disgusting- not clean at all! Toilet had poo in it!!

The staff member ODI was amazing and went above and beyond.

The bed was a bit hard, the aircon in the lounge of room 105 had a bad odour needs looking at.

We rented a three bedroom apartment, on arrivals we discovered one of the three bedrooms was sliding doors which you could see through there was no privacy, you couldn't even get dressed in for lack of privacy definitely not a three bedroom the apartment was very tired as was the rest of the resort. Would not stay again

I had a 3 bedroom apartment, when I was expecting 2 bedrooms. The balcony was huge. As was the TV. And the aircon was lovely, especially in the bedroom

The kitchen could have been cleaner and I didn’t work out how to use the dishwasher. Also the outdoor spa wasn’t operational and I found the pool to be a bit too closed in. And there was no chance I was going to use the pokey tiny gym, with the steam room that wasn’t working. This was disappointing

we paid top money for a roof top spa unit, the spa was unusable due to the filthy water and stench coming out of it. the place was very dirty in all.

It had a private rooftop deck

We couldn't use the rooftop deck. There was no shade at all. Views were of other roof tops. The apartment has no windows at all, other than the ones next to the front door, looking out over the internal verandahs.. so people walking past could see straight in...felt like we were in a box. The entrance area is very shabby. The cleaner needs to be introduced to Domestos or mould cleaner, the bathrooms weren't clean.

I would stay again

It was an enjoyable stay and a great location. Very relaxing.

Blocked shower with a thick layer of someone's hair that we had to clear before using the shower. TV was very small and when we asked if we could use the large TV, we were told that only management can approve that request? Why?

the room we were given was definitely not what I would rate as a "Deluxe" apartment. it was not what I booked as the third bedroom was supposed to have a queen bed and it had single beds, it was supposed to be all air conditioned and their was only 1 air con in the lounge room, and the fan didn't work in the third bedroom, and you could see that under the couches in the lounge room had not been vacuumed in a long time. and very unusual, the TV was under the kitchen bench ?? it had two small double couches so I don't know how six people would sit and watch TV. when I complained to staff they weren't very interested, and I had to push and asked for a room change. they agreed begrudgingly and then I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for that room to be ready ?? when we got to the room, the floors had "puddles" of water in the kitchen where the cleaning staff were too lazy to mop properly and there were dirty towels in the vanity cupboard that they evidently didn't look in. the toilet seat was broken in the second bathroom and the fridge was hot and took over 24hrs to cool down. the pool was dirty and on one afternoon full of young people jumping off the water feature that has a sign no jumping on it - so guests with young children couldn't get in the pool - no staff around so this went on for over an hour.

The plates were dirty. And the apartment was not secure, could reach in through the slats to open the front door. Air conditioner did not work well.

Our room was lovely, clean and in a nice complex with a nice pool. We appreciated the staff finding us alternative accommodation after our booked room was flooded by a blocked toilet.

We were transfered to drift South apartments the morning we arrived as the room at Paradiso had been flooded. I felt there was not much communication about the situation and it was quite stressful finding the new accommodation and not knowing what to expect. Then we had also been given the wrong keys so after trying to get into the complex we had to drive the 10k back to get the right ones. Our room was further from the beach and shops etc. And not at a patrolled beach as we had planned to be. Also no gym which was also a facility we had expected at our original hotel.

The location was excellent . Close to everything which meant we could walk to beaches, supermarket and places to eat..

I would have likedto have had drawers or shelves in the wardrobes in two of the bedrooms and storage for clothes in the third bedroom . The door on the wardrobe the bedroom with two single beds was broken , it easily fixed.
