The location was great. Easy walk to a lovely beach. A great little breakfast and lunch cafe and authentic Italian restaurant on our doorstep.

It wasn't easy to actually get into the property. No proper instructions were given as to codes for carpark, where the entry was, what level we were on which had a huge impact on us even finding the right floor as the key fob would only admit you to the floor your apartment was located on. As we didn't even have an apartment number (we had assumed that the number on the key ring was the apartment number, but no it wasn't). We were very fortunate when after 20 mins of trying to gain admittance (and ringing the after hours number of the management company was not being answered) a resident came down in the elevator and explained the anomaly of gaining admittance to a specific floor. Then because there was no apartment number on the key ring we had to try our key in every lock until we found the one which opened. Even though the management at the front desk of the key pick up were very friendly, we didn't get all the information we needed to make the transition into the accomodation an easy one. (Also, the management told us that there was a welcome email in my inbox with all the information we would need but none of it covered apartment number, gate codes or access to the correct floor)

Nothing.

Nothing was good, picture misleading, dirty stained blood on doona, cockroaches in bathroom, trying to get hold of them for 2 hrs no call back. Worst place ever, left the next day, had to collect keys from another site and return to receptionist who could not be bothered. Will be putting reviews on social media for all to see, still waiting for a call.

It was clean, modern and close to the beach.

Nice quite area

The ad said ocean views but all we only saw trees with a tiny bit of ocean over the top. The apartment was quite nice but it was not comfortable, the lounge was very uncomfortable and the beds made our backs ache we had to leave a day early as we were not getting any sleep. The balcony was not clean sand all over the floor and the glass needed a good clean.

The location was where we wanted to be. If we had stayed there we were within walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafes we wanted to check out also the property was adjacent to the beach and bike paths. It was all new with new shops across the road as well.

Kingscliff Accommodation cancelled on us and we didn't find out until we went and picked up the keys. They said an email had been sent however that was not the case and not in junk either. Sent us to another accomodation at Casuarina which was miles away of where we wanted to be. Then we found at the air conditioning was working. It was disconnected as they were doing work on the roof and that there would be workmen on our roof from Saturday morning. there would be no AC for the entire time we were there and it was hot - no ceiling fans either. We spoke to one of the neighbours who was on the body corporate committee and he said the accommodation mobs had been contacted but I can't verify that.

Beautiful house & quiet location near the beach.

Poor check in process, poorly cleaned (dirty windows, stains on bed sheets etc), lots of key missing amenities e.g. the coffee machine, wine glasses, towels, tea towels.

Property is great. Big property with amazing interior features. has a few “wows”. Extra levels you didn’t know about. Pool is twice as big as what you think.

The rules around pool seems a bit adults only. no yelling, splashing, jumping , floating anything. But sure it will loosen up in time.

Very dirty and not cleaned. there were still crumbs on the kitchen bench. Toilets and showers were absolutely filthy and stains on bed sheets. Extremely poor for and basic cleaning just not done. Definitely not acceptable and would not recommend. If you stay here, make sure you buy cleaning supplies and clean the place before you do any thing else.

Location a bit far from town

No dryer, no beach towels (hard when your traveling and cant pack 4 beach towels

Lack of tea towels or dish drying rack (no option but to put everything in the dishwasher), check in could be much smoother with a key safe on location rather than checking in 10 minutes away

Great location, easy walk to Salt Village and the beach. Beautiful apartment and fantastic views.

Steam iron was a bit weak in ironing.

I really like the comfortable beds and living space, having kitchen and internal laundry was wonderful. Plenty of cooking essentials. We had a car so was easy to get around. Shopping centre 5 min drive in each direction. 2 cafes and pizza place around the corner. Loved our stay at Dune apartments

The booking stated heated pool. Pool was not heated. Weather was a little cool to swim in non heated pool although we would love to return in Summer as pool area is really nice.

The security of the building and very roomy.

Not really child friendly for baby and toddler.

Well appointed unit. Very good access to the beach.

Firstly the address is wrong it's 56 Cylinder Drive not 54. This confused us alot when trying to check in as the instructions were to pick up keys from reception at 54. However there was no reception and the guy who owns 54 told us he is sick of having people knocking on his door with the wrong address. Keys must be collected from in town. Secondly, don't pay extra for a water view because you won't get one. Instead you will find a large construction site complete with tradies that can see right into all the lovely floor to ceiling windows. Unfortunately the blinds needed to stay down our entire stay. We could have been anywhere really. The noise from said construction was also pretty bad as was the smell of diesel from trucks. Wifi was patchy. We won't stay here again.

Great location and apartment lay out

Apartment was very dirty - had not be cleaned very well at all. Tissues under beds, soap scum and dirty screens in the shower, a cooking utensil under the main bed (?!), sticky hand marks on coffee table, a kid's boogey board left from previous guests and sand on the floor. I suspect one bathroom had been totally overlooked by the cleaners on change over.

Good location

We were unable to get into property until after 3pm due to the cleaners still not finished. There were dirty dishes int the dishwasher and the shower nozzle was broken.

Great facilities, great location. Near the beach and very clean. Reception was very helpful and receptive.

The Wi-Fi tapped out half way through our stay and although a few different people were sent to try and fix it, it was never resolved.

The amount of space available was great

There was a lot of sand still in the apartment on arrival especially in the blankets folded up in a basket beside the couch
