The location is good. All you need is few minutes to step to One Nimman with many interesting things and many restaurants and cafe around the hotel. Amenities of the hostel are pretty good. Good point for common space with drinks&snacks. The staff is friendly but they dont speak English well.

The pillow is too high to sleep. Extra bed is not really bad but not that good. It's not a minus or a thing I dont like. It's just as what I thought if the hotel can enhance the room with very slightly fragrant. I think ppl will feel confortable when they step in the room.

Beautiful poured concrete structure with a pleasant garden area at ground level. Rooms have a modern concrete and steel aesthetic, spotlessly clean. Bathroom has on demand hot water for shower. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. On a street surrounded by cafes, massage, street food and night life. Great place

Location is very good. Walking distance to everything you need. Room is surprisingly clean. Stuff is also very friendly. Wifi is also very good!

1-Room facing the street is very noisy. As there is a live bar next to it, even room is not facing the street is also very noisy till 12. 2- shower is not very good, but as the weather is hot, it doesn’t bother me too much.

Big Room

Very loud. Nearby bars and people loud till 2am. Workers starting to be loud at 6am. Workers are friendly but don't understand English very good (miscommunication).

I liked the room, it was specious and clean. The kitchen where they put free snacks and drinks is also a nice touch.

we needed codes for wifi for different devices and it kept cutting out. we had to get more codes each time and log in again which was frustrating. my partner and I had different plans for few days but the hotel wouldn’t give us another key for the room so I had to wake up and go downstairs to open the outside door for him at night time which was also not a good experience. hotel should be able to provide two keys if two people are staying in the room.

Location clean

loved how conveniently is it located in Niman area of CM. all the food, bars, etc. are all within a walking distance or you can take a grab bike for cheap for where you want to go. loved how the shared kitchen had little snack food like, chips, cereal, bowls, utensils, fruit. that was free for the guests.

Locate in the middle of new town of Chiang Mai, surround by popular restaurants and pubs. Even though breakfast doesn’t included in the package, but the hotel has FREE mini bar for self-service. And have working space for any one who can working remotely.

noise and the lack of customer service that property did not try to do more to ensure comfortable stay for guest due to construction noise. they had rooms but chose not to accommodate saying that the noise is out of their control - which is fair but it would have been nice if they at least tried to help.
