-위치가 훌륭함. 토요마켓과 선데이마켓, 나이트바자 모두 도보 20분으로 부지런히 산책하는 느낌으로 다닐 수 있음. 뿐만 아니라 10분거리에 '끄렁 매 카'라는 야경명소도 좋았음. -조식이 훌륭함. 사실 기대 안했지만 메뉴도 다양하고 맛있었음. 커피와 크라와상도 훌륭했음 -방이 훌륭함. 스탠다드임에도 넓어서 좋았음. 세면대가 나눠져있어 효율적이었고 태국에서 흔한 수질 이슈도 크게 없었음.

-수영장 수영장에 대한 기대는 크게 안하는게 좋을 듯합니다. 저와 일행은 수영에 관심없어 상관없었지만 작은 규모이고 실내라 일광욕하는 기분도 적고 너무 개방된 곳이라 그런지 5박을 하는동안 이용하시는 분을 볼 수 없었습니다. -천장 설치형 수전 머리만 감고싶을 때가 있었지만 천장설치형의 한계로 샤워를 여러번 했네요ㅎㅎ

Se dovessi valutare lo staff e la pulizia della camera si meriterebbero un bel dieci… Lo staff è molto giovane e i ragazzi sono super cordiali e gentili. Complimenti! Ci hanno dato anche molti consigli su Chiang Mai e il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli da loro in reception. La camera era semplice e pulitissima. L’hotel ha un design molto Smart ed è tutto open space, la colazione viene servita nella lobby. È molto semplice, però si presenta in maniera curata con cucina asiatica, croissant, pane del giorno… Inoltre viene messa disposizione gratuitamente l’acqua personalizzata con il logo dell’hotel. Da prendersi in autonomia dai frighi nella lobby, davvero carina l’idea! La posizione dell’hotel è comodissima, a piedi si raggiunge in 15min la città vecchia.

La piscina per noi è stata una grande delusione. Avendo prenotato la stanza con accesso diretto alla piscina, non vedavamo l’ora di poterci tuffare direttamente dal letto…. Ma la piscina è freddissima e davvero molto sporca.. non solo in superficie, ma anche sul fondale si vede davvero molta sporcizia… peccato perché la stanza e gli spazi comuni sono davvero pulitissimi. Essendo interna andrebbe riscaldata… VI SCONSIGLIO questa tipologia! La porta che dà sulla piscina, non è isolata e rimane lateralmente aperta… il che è un enorme disguido in quanto si sente tutto quello che accade nella lobby e alla mattina alle sette si sente con chiasso di chi va a fare colazione. Quindi assolutamente niente piscina and relax… Per questo il punteggio basso… Un consiglio? Rimuovete la piscina e allargate gli spazi comuni. P.S. In bagno degli appendini accanto al lavandino per gli asciugamani sarebbero davvero utilli. Stando a parte il lavandino risulta davvero scomodo non averli in prossimità.

Sehr einfach gestaltetes Hotel, mit wenig bis gar keinem charm, aber für diesen Preis darf man nicht meckern! Personal war sehr nett und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist perfekt und doch liegt es ein wenig abseits der Hauptstraßen und somit sehr ruhig.

We absolutely LOVED this place. If I could design a place, it would incorporate all the elements of CREW Hotel. Well, maybe the pool would be different, but they are working with the space provided. FREE bottled water available 24/7. AMAZING spread for breakfast to appeal to all tastes. Coolest features in the rooms-hi tech. Loved the speaker to play our music on. Cool design with the open window and bathtub. Spacious bathroom.

Next time I think I would just get the single story room. My daughter stayed in one like that and it seemed larger plus it became a pain to run up and down stairs. Plus lugging your suitcase up.

La struttura è davvero molto accogliente e lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. La piscina coperta è carina, la pulizia è impeccabile, ho avuto l’impressione che cambiassero le lenzuola e pulissero il pavimento tutti i giorni. Apprezzatissima l’acqua fresca sempre disponibile e la merenda a base frutta nel pomeriggio!

Probabilmente si può trovare un modo più eco friendly con l’acqua tipo dispenser in modo da usare meno plastica!

Swimming pool could be better heated, The water temperature was chilly and not suitable for a morning swim. Our room on the ground floor was lacking natural light.

The breakfast is superb. It changes everyday! Other hotels serve the same food everyday for breakfast. I love how you provide free water in the resto. Staff are friendly!

Very good service, very patient

The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. This means that you are able to enjoy a good sleep at night. The blockout curtains help too if you need to take a nap in the afternoon. The location is good if you don't mind walking a bit. Easy accessible to the South Gate (where there is a morning market and evening food street market), the Tha Phae Gate, Chiangmai Night Bazar and the other 2 nights markets nearby. You can even walk to the restaurants near the Ping River. The spread of food for breakfast was great too. There were thai food and desserts for one to try especially if you haven't eaten any Thai food before. This is a great place to start having a food taste.

Housekeeping tends to be a bit slow on some days. During my 5 nights stay, there were twice the room wasn't ready yet at 2pm when I came back from my late morning/lunch walk and would like to rest for the afternoon. Then there were times when they get the room ready before 2pm. This didn't affect me much though as the girls were nice and did their job well.
