L'hôtel est très bien placé, a 2 pas des remparts de la vieille ville. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les visites

La piscine est certe petite mais très agréable. L’emplacement est parfait. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner qui était vraiment très bon! Laundry service rapide. Personnel très gentil.

Cela dépendra de la chambre sur laquelle vous tomberez.. notre première chambre était un peu glauque avec plafond bas et sans vraie fenêtre. Nous avons pu changer pour une chambre avec vue sur le chedi qui elle était vraiment parfaite. Les salle de bains sont pour moi le petit point noir car mal aménagées et les joints de douche sales Sachez que si vous comptez payer en CB ils appliquent 3% de frais (comme a priori pas mal d’autres établissements)

Breakfast and staff

No elevator, small rooms, the pool was very small the pictures are fake. Bad location, I felt insecure and expensive for what it is.

Very good breakfast and the fruits served were always fresh and very good. Good position near Chinatown and the old city. We booked three towers ahead of coming and were all very nice: Doi Suthep temple was half a day with the receptionist who was on a private tour and he was very knowledgeable of the history and responded well to all our questions, thanks Son :) We also did a full-day tour of Chang Rai which was intense but very nice, and as the last one we did a cooking class with Smile Organic farm, it was a highlight of our vacation in Thailand, starting from the local market to making curry paste from scratch to cooking three dishes yourself (half-day course). The room is big and cozy and clean, complimentary water and amenities. Nice bathroom with spacious shower.

Early breakfast to catch the tour on time needs some more organization. We had a tour booked that was going to pick us up from the hotel at 07:00 so the evening before we asked for an early breakfast (06:45) and chose what we wanted, the morning of the tour we waited 15min for the first plate and a bit more for the second. Luckily the tour van was late, otherwise we would have had to without having breakfast.
