The property was presented as in the photos, the room setup was ideal for us as we have 3 teenage girls so they could sleep comfortably together with their own bathroom.
The owner was really easy to communicate with, she promptly sorted out a minor issue and was understanding when I locked us out on the final day!
The location of the apartment - ground floor- is great for the pool and has lots of shade which is great in the Tenerife heat.
The pool is lovely and I feel the pictures don’t do it justice.
The location is so good for restaurants and the beach both can be easily walked to.

The apartment is large and spacious but it is very dark as it is underneath the other apartments. There is no sun at all on the patio and the apartment behind has to walk through the patio to get to their door so there is zero privacy. The fan and light in one bedroom didn’t work we reported this but it was never mended. There were cockroaches we reported this but we were told by the complex office that the apartment is not on an annual contract so nobody came to fumigate we were told to use bug spray which doesn’t control the problem just kills the ones running around. There was an air conditioning unit that didn’t work. There are other apartments on the same complex for the same price that have private sunny balconies so we feel we paid too much for a shared dark patio with no fan/light and a cockroach problem. The pictures do not reflect the lack of sun and light.

Property has good and bad points. Good layout , Two large bedrooms & Two bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe storage. kitchen ok and sitting area comfortable, outside area huge but lacks sunshine until mid afternoon. Property a little dated and needs some renovation. Beds definitely need upgrading.

It was functional. Like living in a cave. Needed updating and decorating removing woodchip paper. Iron wire lethal and broken bed but most of all no veranda to sunbathe which is what we wanted. Glad to be home.

It was like being in a dungeon. Also soft furnishings stank no Air con .Well it was fitted but no remote we couldn't get into the apparment on arrival .And couldn't contact the owner. We had to get a taxi and book into a hotel for the first night. She responded to an urgent email the following morning. So the cost of hotel and taxis we were £90 euro out of pocket. That's not taking into the stress factor .

Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Only five minute walk to beach, supermarket and local bars and restaurants so great location
Be aware that you are charged two euros to hire a sunbed each day. Wasn’t a major issue as the pool was stunning and just the right temperature. The development is very quiet which we loved. Friendly neighbours too

From the moment we contacted Hazel, our experience was brilliant! The apartment was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed. It was a home from home experience, the children loved it and the pool was fantastic too.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. We really loved the apartment and the complex, which was lovely and quiet. The owner was really helpful and so were the people in the office - definitely coming back.

170 Victoria Court is a spacious ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good 'fridge, kitchen with all utensils, bathrooms have strong water pressure, washing machine, English TV. Plenty of storage space. Large patio outside.The resort is excellent - well maintained, helpful office staff. Very good pool and sunbeds. Also a small pub within the resort. If you are driving there is plenty of parking space in the road outside. I stayed with my wife and son and we enjoyed everything about the facility and will hope to book again for our next visit to Tenerife. Hazel was very easy to deal with.

Was really pleased with this fantastic apartment from tho minute we set foot inside. The quality of the furnishings was really good. Probably the best we have stayed in. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were so spacious and again you could tell this apartment was more than just somewhere to sleep. All you could look for in kitchen with added bonus of washing machine. The outside courtyard was again very spacious and made a great setting for an evening meal. My daughter and grandson stayed in another complex and were happy to visit on a few occasions. And still plenty of room. Hazel was a dream to deal with and very helpful.Definitely recommend this apartment
