The location was great and convenient to everything. The breakfast was really good. We loved the pool. It was easy to book our stay even though it was last minute. Checking in and out was a breeze. No issues while we were there. The hotel was very clean and it met our expectations. This is where we will be staying every time we come to Ruidoso.

The room was spacious, it was clam and quiet
The restroom was not properly clean, on the toilet you can see black underneath the toilet seat, the towels were no longer white but a brownish white, the entrance sink had some green corrosion. The extra blanket was dirty.
