The condo and view were amazing

No complaints

Great view. No traffic noise. Nice layout. Cody is very personable and makes sure you understand all you need to know. TV had a great selection of channels and movies.

It is obviously an old property and a little rough around the edges. Some noise heard from the unit above. Water is very hard. Must have been first class in its heyday.

The view is excellent off the balcony. Super clean 2 bathroom 2 bedroom lots of space. Manager is great 💯.

The bed sheets fall off and the mattress pad is plastic making it uncomfortable to sleep 😴😴 we did sleep with fresh air from the 2 screen doors 🚪 not a big problem but could be addressed.

The views were extremely beautiful but the room was dirty and old and totally disgusting. We will never stay there again and would advise others not to do so.

The view and location was awesome. Feeding the deer family was a wonderful experience

The bathroom tub needs update. The glass sliding door was difficult to open and close easily. They need screen door because if not it’s impossible to maintain the bugs from coming in.

It was unseasonably hot. Air conditioner would be nice.

Nothing but the friendliness of the staff via telephone. No one was at the facility and it was difficult trying to make contact as we had a medical emergency and needed to cancel part of our stay.

Facility was at the top of a mountain that required 2.5 miles of driving on a narrow, steep 2 lane road with no street lights at all. This made any travel after dark extremally dangerous yet no mention was made of this in the description of the property

The place is very run down. Our unit was "upgraded" but in desperate need of a deep clean - mold on shower curtain, filfrhy tracks on sliding doors, etc

heaters didn't work good, beds are no comfortable, things to cook missing.

Not even the view was great, there was bird feces on the balcony and trash.

The experience was horrible from the start. The furniture is outdated, dirty, and stained. There was broken glass in the carpet, which my wife got cut. The towels were dirty and stained. The heaters do not work, and they are outdated. Bring extra blankets and cleaning products to sanitize. There was also a spider in our blankets.They claim every unit has a washer and dryer, "not true." Also, you can hear every neighbors noises and footsteps. There were dogs barking the first day.finally, they shut them up. Also, bring sugar for your coffee. The balcony was full of bird feces and trash. It looks like someone was smoking with ashes on the table. There was trash on the grounds around the condos walking near the hills. When I complained, their manager Sami said, "Why didn't I call the office person on site. Well, should we put a list of things on the door to get done. This should have been done before our stay. How can I be calling the office person for every problem. The office person is a hard worker, and we have no gripe with her because we saw her working outside in the cold. We did not want to complain and have someone coming in and out of the condo fixing everything. We dealt with it and left. We will no longer visit this horrible place. If you want your money back, Goodluck. That manager in charge is Sami and made all excuses in the world. You have been warned.
