everything was really as expected if not better. The owner was exceptionally nice and the house very romantic and beautifully decorated. Plus, had a playstation for the kid too and a Ping Pong table... very unique

The only thing that we didn't like.... but this was in general in the area.. were the mosquitos... they were killer mosquitos... kids were eaten up alive every night unfortunately.

The house is located 15 min away from the center of Palma and is easily accessible by car (going out at night was not a hassle at all). The neighborhood is quiet and you can park right in front of the entrance. The house's perimeter is gated and you have total privacy in the garden/terrace and in the pool which is really nice and big enough to relax and play with kids. There is a hammock The living room/dining room is big enough, with a bar/kitchen counter, modern cooking appliances and a washing machine next door (+dryer). Both rooms are large and the main one had LOTS of storage space.

Excellent property and well kept and stocked for our short break. Lovely outside space in quiet neighbourhood.
