The Property had all the facilities & comforts one expects from a good Resort. The location was ideal & the staff was prompt
The Resort mentioned it was ‘pet-friendly’ & yet had numerous restrictions about pet. We had initially planned to bring our pet but had to shelve the idea.

No fresh juice they say watermelon but mix other fruits as well absolutely NOT a value for money bad restaurant menu in buffet & room service menu is also bad

BREAKFAST WAS OK, but dinner quality was very much poor
Complete dinner for first night was not at all eatable & have to sleep without food

.dinner was very nice.
The breakfast was atrocious. How difficult is it to cater to veg and non veg at least get tea coffee and stuff right. V dissappointed.
The towels and napkins need to be checked for cleanliness

property was fine, parking was spacious. Breakfast was good. property is away from center so one should arrange a vehilce for there travel to main places.
property was over priced, the view from my aparment was not as expected as I was in the middle row of the houses. I have to call 3 times to get internet working. My suggestion to someone who is renting then go for the room facing the main enternace ( the first row) else will not get good view.

The resort had good view from the rooms. The rooms were aesthetically done. The family rooms with common balcony was a good idea. Food at the dining area was well prepared and tasty.
Inform us about the broken bridge. That was very inconvenient with no one to guide us when we reached the spot. Also, the lift was not reliable. Senior citizens were stuck in it and had to manage themselves.

It’s an excellent property.
The only issue, the entrance as entry point road is broken and it’s yet to be renovated. it’s a not good experience for me to make entry to the property.

Property is situated at very good location, one can relax and spend some good time at resort it self
Room were not maintained, water leakage problem were there in room, their travel desk cab driver was so rude, manners less, and theve (we asked him to unload luggage from cab, he hide our umbrella and we forgot to tell him), cab were so costly then local market, resort stay was so expensive too
