The independence
1.the couch is not a bed, it barely opens
2.there is no gym,sauna and laundry like the photos.
3.the crow does not speak any kind of Inglis
4.the room does not have a proper equipament.

The location, the view, and I also liked that it had a kitchen.
Well the only thing that I disliked was the bathroom design. The placement of the toilet makes it impossible for you to comfortably use the restroom because you have to go around the toilet to shower and there is very small space between the bathroom and toilet.

the location of the flat; with a nice supermarket nearby and other shops and shopping mall quite close. Barra beach is down the road and downtown is 15 minutes away with UBER
the place is rather rundown with missing light bulbs, very old furniture and everything in general, tiny old bathroom and noisy upstairs neighbours moving furniture starting early in the morning every day
