Service was very bad, room was dirty even the bedsheets were not changed and no toiletaries in the washroom, no one at reception for asisstance

Hotel without OWNERSHIP !! SINGLE staff member for the whole set up. Nothing from the huge facility list was available. Poor air-conditioning. Toiletries - sub standard soap and shampoo sachets !!!!!! There is no swimming Pool.

The property is very secure especially designed for foreigners. Staff is cooperative and ambiance is very calm and peaceful. Owner has been very cooperative. I would definitely recommend international travelers, the privacy you need you will find it here! Shoutout to Abid and Junaid for taking great care.

This place is absolutely amazing because of the greenery and artwork. It seems like someone has really good aesthetic sense.

Upon check-in, there was no toiletries and towel in the washroom and the guy took forever to bring them. The breakfast in the morning is a big joke, just two small slices of bread with one omelette and a cup of tea.

Staff was nice. They offered ironing of my clothes free of cost. The property is recently renovated, and rooms are clean. AC cooling was good.

A few mosquitoes in the room and they didn't have spray for anti-mosquitoes when i enquired.

it was my second time stay here at 12th avenue. I really loved the environment. it’s so much relaxing, green and cozy in the whole area. Thank you so much 12th avenue for giving me such a pleasant stay specially Junaid thank you so much for treating us so well.

i like the most accommodations and also i like the rooms setting and staff is very co opertaive
