Nothing

There was no sign board of Hotel, it was on 1st floor of some building. No reception, only a guy with a register and a pen was sitting with No Computer or any such device. He did not know about my reservation neither did he bother to contact me for confirmation of my booking. I was with family and the atmosphere there was like a boys hostel. The manager was either illeterate or unprofessional. There were no toiletries in the Washroom. They were supposed to give One Double bed and one Sofa cum bed but the only gave 1 double bed with 2 independent sofas. There was no kitchen available in the hotel and no dining hall. When I requested him to provide the committed facilities, he said just go and have booking in Grand Bahria hotel if u don't like our property. It was embarrassing. After local inquiry, it came to my knowledge that they had shifted from another location and all the pics available online were of the previous hotel building. They are unprofessional as well as indecent. Had to leave the property without staying there. It was the worst experience ever...

I didn’t like at all anything about the property except the location. Staff, housekeeping, reception and promised breakfast was not offered and served.

Air-conditioning is very poor, bathroom was leaking, there was no towels in the bathroom, no iron, no hair dryer, no lighter or matchbox for kitchen burner available. Elevator door was also had some mechanical issue. Power shutdown was going on daily basis. There was no back up arrangement for power supply. Refrigerator was also faulty. I will not recommend anyone to go there especially with family.

The property was not on reasonable access, it was very scary entrees, it was not family location, there was no bathroom or any room facilities, just one bed, and broken TV, that's all. I spend one and half hour and run. because it too scarry to stay.
