We liked the cleanliness and the view from the terrace. The kids enjoyed the flawless Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Very good stay and great value, location is excellent

very close to the beach and the promenade. there are a lot of changes and supermarkets working 24/7. the apartment itself is superb; large, comfortable and equipped with all the needed kitchen utensils you need to make a meal (although we didn’t use them). very good WiFi. the lobby works all night and the staff are nice and know English very well. the apartment is part of 5 stars hotel so the complex is awesome. the hotel provides free transportation (just ask at the lobby) to platinum casino which you must visit (if you are over 18).

There is no change of towels and sheets or breakfast cause you are not really guests of the hotel but you can pay for the service.

there was something for everyone very clean and well mantained

On arrival we did get help to find our apartment ,bit of a treasure hunt if you were to do it on your own. it was diffcult to get help at reception ,very hit and miss with staff willing to help with enquiries ,Hairdryer didnt work ,reported to reception ,noone called or dropprd in to fix it. Also left a dress at the pool area was disappointed that it was not left in the lost and found area .

location is perfect, facilities are also very good, animation team was good with the guest especially with the kids.

Some of the lifeguards by the pool were rude and unprofessional with guests

Great location , nice beautiful flat, comfortable bed , large and modern bathroom, pool view with balcony. Good communication with the owner. Everything was fine.

We were stayed at Royal Beach Premium with 2 children, and we like it very much. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Photos are fully consistent with reality. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Very spacious wardrobes. Clean bathroom. The balcony offers beautiful views of the pools. Since we stayed in the apartment for more than 7 days, we had a cleaning service once, but very good. The pools themselves are clean, comfortable and very pretty. We could always find free sun beds. The owners of the apartment are very nice and friendly people, they helped with any questions. Thank you ☺️

unfortunately we did not have a parking space. I had to leave my car in the parking lot of a nearby hotel
