We stayed just for 1 nights, but had an incredible stay. Restaurants and service was spot on. They recently refurbished the restaurant which is fantastic ! We are coming back for sure

From start to finish this has been a dream trip! the hotel is tastefully decorated in a bohemian minimalist style the and the vibe is the perfect Ibiza mix of chill and party. The pool area and room are next level with amazing spa treatments, yoga and sound healing, but the star of the show has to be the staff, from the moment we arrived we were looked after and a special mention to Lorena on reception, thank you for an amazing stay!

The style and facilities are awesome and every member of staff was exceptional and very patient with us practicing our Spanish on them 😁 we had the swim up room but didn’t really use it as the main pool is so cool to relax by.

Far too loud for an acceptable stay - music played until 11/12PN every night Given this was rated the best SPA hotel by Condé Nast, we had to find out that this actually a party hotel and didn’t even have a SPA. The massages were amazing but again we could clearly hear the music outside from the massage table. We left one night early because there was no escaping

Only a couple of cans of water supplied in the room. Not enough water to stay hydrated.

Food by the pool should have more regular options, like pizza pasta etc.

The room was beautifully decorated with quality amenities. The AC worked well also. The outdoor pool area was perfect. The concierge staff were extremely helpful with perfect English. They arranged an immediate taxi for me to my various destinations during my stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of options, and presented nicely. The outdoor seating was shaded with light music and away from the noisy side.

Food and drink were quite expensive, though the quality was still there. Some lower-cost options would have been nice. I could hear people coming/ going from their own rooms throughout the night which is a problem for light sleepers.

This hotel exceeded my expectation . The decor, service and location was great and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast choices were wonderful although expensive. Also the restaurant food was amazing.

The additional cost of breakfast, which was much higher than estimated by Booking.com in confirmation email.

The pool area is so big, which is great but it did mean that with so many people, getting service by the pool took quite a while and on a number of occasions a number of orders had to be chased.

I love absolutely everything about the property, I had to come back after a year. I recommend at least one day where you just enjoy the facilities, so wake up early and enjoy one of the workout classes like yoga or just use the amazing gym, then lose yourself in the breakfast buffet, followed by a day relaxing by the pool. It’s the best of the best.

Nothing really, I just didn’t like how at the OKU restaurant they bring out the food in sections. So like the tempura by itself, then meat with just meat and then the rest. I would’ve preferred it if it all came at once or at least with less of a wait in between because I like to mix my foods. Having to eat all the fried foods at once with nothing else to cut the fat or having two types of meat with just a little bit of the side salad that came with it, made my dining experience a little less enjoyable. It made the food feel heavy and incomplete. Oh, also please change the ice cream in the la tierra dessert. It’s sooooo good but the ice cream ruined it and didn’t make sense.
