Great location - comfortable room

Being asked to take a copy of my credit card, when I had already paid on Booking.com Bedroom next to noisy washing room

I didn't have breakfast but I really like the place and area, it's quite and clean. I would come back again and also reccomend to others.

I liked how clean our room was, the modern furniture and the space... It's definitely worth it's price.

I liked the fact it was spacious especially the bathroom just a beautiful bathroom in general. The aesthetics of the area & the place were really beautiful.

The walls are really thin as we could hear our neighbours. The sheets & pillow cases has stains & a funky smell which really didn’t please us at all.

The internet connection was great.

The bedding didn't smell fresh at all.

The overall cleanliness of the apartment.

1. The bed was sinking in and not comfortable 2. The hot water ran out before we could bath. 3. One of the cleaners rudely asked us to vacate the room on check out. 4. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear noises coming from other rooms.

The location is amazing, quiet, peaceful. The rooms are clean and smell nice

The propert never opened for me. I was at the gate for over 30 minutes with no response over the phone or with anyone attending to the gate.

I never checked in because while filling in my details for the booking YOU took off the payment immediately. I tried to check in via telephone and no one answered at The Royal Bryanston . I could not make the check in time since i was working and only finished at 5am . I have lost money due to you

What matters most to me was there. Cleanliness: the place was clean. Very good bed and bedding to sleep on. And they clean daily, which was amazing. The room was perfect. Lacking no essential esthetics. I had a desk to work at. Internet connection. Not affected by load shedding as they have a backup generator. I would visit again. Infact I owe them a visit, for the great service, and understand.

The cleaners were knocking in outand they brought plates and spoons that wer wet,The secretary was very arrogant not eloquent,it was a horible experience for us The mattress/bed was not comfortable.On our last date the receptionist was doing her hair/dreadlocks Infront of the entrance so untidy and disgusting.please get professional people ont chancers.not the right pple for hospitality

Shower curtain in unit 6 as when showering the entire bathroom floor go extremely wet and the water ran down the shower floor onto the floor right in front of the toilet. There is a sign that these cameras but cameras are not working. Our got damaged badly. Which will cost a arm and a leg especially where one of their guest just did what they did and never gave a rats ass, just drove over. These no cameras on the building and at the entrance. But our car that got damaged badly, all we got was a sorry and how I'll the sorry fix a 84k damage..... The staff is really wonderful and caring ladies and the rooms are every very clean but the rooms need few minor thoughts to it being very effect. But overall its is a great place

These no cameras in places that are visiable. When asked it's not working. The entire bathroom floor was soaking wet from the shower in Unit 6 as these no shower curtain. Only 1 big towel and 1 small towel on centre of the room yet booking is for two as stipulated on booking request and check in. These no way to contact anyone on the premises as these no very small wall phone to contact anyone at reception. So I had to walk out of the room not done and go look for help. These no welcome letter either. With all the rules and regulations on it even such ad check out time. On entry check out time was not advised. Main thing Im very very very angry about it that one of the guest are not held account for what they did to our BMW and took responsibility. We were not given the owner number even though the size of this full on front and side panels pushed I. By their guest. I love The Royal Bryanstan and I'd love to cgo but with what has happened leave a very very bad tast in my mouth. One very very p.. d of client. I will not bother trying to get hold of the owner as the ladies are well aware and I showed them the damage and asked for the owners number. Till today nothing. I love this place. But what has happened I'm disappointed
