The lady at reception was very helpful before our check-in ,during check-in and during our stay .

There is one security who was rude to us on the 21st January 2023 ,we were going to the Pool area with drinks and ddnt know that were not allowed ,instead of him telling us nicely he was shouting at us and that’s was not nice .

Overall not up to standard. Dirty walls. Needs new blinds. Needs a renovation.

It made me feel at home. My kids liked the pool. The guards were very gentle and friendly. Thumbs uo to them.

Aircon was not working nor was the fridge working. None of the internal doors lock or have keys. Only 1 key for the entrance door. Balcony door did not lock nor was there a key which left the apartment opened. Weed smell from other apartments. Reception is not 24hrs so you gotta wait for the next day to sort out issues.
