The hotel was in a great location, in the center of alot of different stores and restaurants.
I called to try and order food from the bar and grill and the front desk and kitchen both dais they had no knowledge on how to place a call in order .I just ate out at a local restaurant.

Mattress on pullout sofa was extra thin. Daughter couldn't sleep on it.

The location is great and it was very clean. The beds are nice and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like that we were not made aware of the pool being closed. we also didn’t know that the restaurant/bar are closed on Sundays. Those are things that should be made known when booking.

Breakfast was really poor: No bread or bagel, no fruit. And only Coffee to drink (Hot water for Tea in request)
Only one Coffee pad in the room for 2 guests

Very welcoming atmosphere, awesome staff (especially maid service). Bed was SUPER comfortable and CLEAN!!

The staff was nice and the facility was near everything.
One of my rooms. Sink and bathtub was stopped up and no one fixed it, and we were accommodated with hotel points. Management said they couldn't give me a credit because I booked with hotel.com

The room was a really nice size. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, Walmart and the mall!
