A bit run down, shady area, night help stoic. Advertised free breakfast, doesn't offer one.

The price was very good and in general the facility was clean.
There was mold around the caulked areas of the tub. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and there wasn't breakfast/coffee in the morning as I had thought.

Breakfast was not available. I am assuming due to COVID although it states breakfast is included on the Internet.
My room was located across from the outside laundry facilities and the ice machine. Also, there was intermittent knocking from 8:30 pm to 6:15 am on the room beside me and I only got about 3 hours of sleep. Loud road noise too.
