Très bien reçu par la réception. Chambre conforme à la description, silencieuse. Stationnement généreux tout autour de l'hôtel. Facilité d'accès au WiFi.

very nice and clean. loved that breakfast lasted till 11 and we didn’t have to check out until 12 so we could sleep in. very nice workout room and loved the pool area. it had a lazy river and 2 sprinkler water features my girls enjoyed. chose the premium queen package that came with tons of good snacks and drinks already in our room. liked the deposit fee was only 15 dollars instead of hundreds like other hotels. the front desk lady was very helpful and texted to check on us shortly after checking in.

didn’t like having to pay for parking and that there is a 15 dollar charge for breakfast that normally would have been free at other hotels. we went to breakfast at 10:15 and there wasn’t much left and they wouldn’t put out more when breakfast was supposed to last until 11.

I really appreciate that the Hilton Garden is family friendly. Just wanted a quick fun getaway with the little one for spring break and this was just what we needed.

Breakfast was a bit sparse but expected with it being a popular accommodation.

One elevator worked for the whole hotel so we had to wait bare minimum 5 min every time we had to use it. Breakfast barely had anything in the trays. Water pressure was equivalent to the pressure on a go go squeeze yogurt tube. Be very careful when checking out they tried to charge me for a smoking fee when neither I nor my wife smoked in the room.

The staff was extremely rude. Could not explain the policy. Room door to restroom hanging by zip tie and the hotel smelt like cigarettes. I walked in for all of 10-15 and canceled my stay

I didn't eat breakfast!

The furniture in my room was worn and missing trim on walls.

The water was very cold too cold for an indoor pool
