A wonderful historical apartment constructed in 1814, retaining in perfect condition its original features. The location is good, I did not use the public transport except that from and to the airport. It's for about 15-20 minutes on foot till the center of the city. The host is a very polite gentleman, friendly and sociable. He kindly met us when we arrived and walked us when we were leaving. The apartment is large and well illuminated, with all the facilities a family might need. Actually 2 couples can easily stay there with all the comfort. Everything there was clean and tidy. The kitchen was very neat, fully equipped and had everything the one may need. Beautiful old photos on the walls enhanced the charming atmosphere of the apartment.

It’s quite authentic

I would give it a 8,5, but this doesn't exist, sorry! Zurab is a perfect host, lives nearby and comes right away if he can. Since I arrived late and it was poring, it was very friendly that he left some food in the fridge for me to eat. The house has a nice atmosphere and I felt save. It is so big that I almost got lost in the beginning ha ha. Beds are comfortable and the shower has a lot of space and enough power for the beam. I liked the slippers and the bathrobe. All equipment in the kitchen was there, besides a dishwasher. I don't think you should expect this in Georgia, so for me it was fine. This was the first house in Georgia (second time of a month travel in Georgia) that had two European things I like: kitchen paper and a bed light. First place where I did not need my earplugs too. Although this part of Old Town needs some fixing, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the North West it is beautiful (towards the Mc Donald). With a street with restaurants, called Salve, and lots of shops, parks, stunning buildings. In Old Town across the bridge, there renovating and building a Hilton (why?!), that could give noice disturbance now. Thats why I left there and moved to Zurab's house. In this area it was mostly quite and your still in old town and not on a high hill to clime every day too.

The neighborhood and the building itself is outdated and looks not like the pictures from the outside. The house needs maintenance, especially the balconies and doors. The streetview therefor is not appealing. The appearance of the street good feel unsafe, but it is not, children play in the street till dark. The only thing I did not look forward to as a woman alone, to walk back from the city center after midnight, since you have to cross an underground tunnel. But everything closed at 2200 now;)

I glad offer to other people this place and say you can enjoy about this home and i am sure you don’t forget good memories about Vornysov home. I am very thankful to owner of that for share perfect place for other people. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Just everythings was perfect ! Zurab, the owner is very kindfull person, very helpfully, and generous . All accommodation/equipement are include in the appartement, beside ,this one is totaly confortable and charming. Neer from the center old Tbilissi, 20min by walk maximum, the place is very quiet ! Thank you Zurab !

Our host is a gentleman who goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is spacious with wonderful style. Great location for experiencing neighborhood life; outside the hustle bustle of tourist spots. Wish we could have stayed longer!
