Nice place comfortable quite environment

Old house, old appliances, food in freezer, laundry left in dryer, mattresses hard, comforters was for a child.

The kitchen was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a washer and dryer we could use. The location is nice close to restaurants on Solano Ave and bus stops.

We made a last minute booking so the house wasn't ready when we arrived. We had to pay a security deposit, which we never had to do at any other place rented via booking or Airbnb. The security deposit return process was stressful, but we did get it back the day we left. We couldn't use the hammock or outside seating area (only a hammock stand and no chairs). The freezer was completely full with stuff from the owner.
