Very clean and well kept rental that is attached to the main house where the owners reside. Has all the amenities needed with the exception of a washer and dryer. There is a laundry mat nearby that we used midweek for our hiking/outdoor wear. Hiking trails, restaurants, Gondola, etc. are within walking distance. There is also a free shuttle bus that runs to/from town twice an hour throughout the day that we took advantage of when we didn’t feel like walking. There is a creek right outside the bedroom window. Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the driveway. The bed was very comfortable and we slept with the windows open in July (unheard of in Texas where we are from). This wasn’t an issue for us at all but you can hear activity from the main house. Its minimal and during normal hours (people walking/water running/etc.). This condo is located on a residential street and not completely isolated as some of the pictures appear to show. This was actually much better for us! Breckenridge is a wonderful small town and we absolutely loved our stay at this property. I would highly recommend this rental!

This property was everything that we hoped it would be - and more! Dave and Sharon exceeded every expectation. The unit was cozy, and still had plenty of room. The location was perfect, and the parking spot was an added bonus. If you're planning a visit to Breck, this is the place to rent!

Great place to stay in Breckinridge for a couple. This place is so quiet but close to everything downtown. Very clean and cute.

David and Sharon are excellent hosts for this beautiful home beside the stream on the mountain side. This was our second stay, and we look forward to many more.

We LOVED it! It was perfect! Heated floors were a huge plus! Very clean. Manager was prompt on responding and accommodating to needs or questions. My first VRBO experience and it was EXCELLENT! I feel that this place have set a high bar already for other VRBOs I’ll experience. Can’t wait to go back to Breck and stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️

The property was a perfect place to spend a few days to go skiing. It would also be perfect for a spring/summer/fall trip to Breckenridge. Close to town. Close to the bus stop. Zero complaints. Thank you David!

Absolutely perfect. Hosts are excellent. Location is perfect. One can walk into town a beautiful 20 minute walk. The free shuttle stops right nearby and runs to town and to ski slopes. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was just 2 of us so there was plenty of room. Short bus ride to Main Street was no issue at all. I highly recommend this property.

I absolutely loved staying here! It is a little downstairs condo attached to the owners home. Kinda like a mother-in-law suite. It was very warm and cozy. Perfect for a couple. The heated bathroom floor was a HUGE plus as we came at the beginning of winter. Everything was very clean and the owners were so nice! Highly recommend this place! Will definitely come back if visiting Breckinridge again!

Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need and within walking distance of town. Kitchen is small but well stocked; toaster oven very slow to heat up. Access to a grill was great. Would love to return again soon.

My Mother and I wanted to relax in cooler temperatures. Although this unit has no A/C, it was cool enough with the windows open. The furniture was also very comfortable which was very important since we were not planning on doing many activities and needed to stay in the condo most of the time. We saw a red fox about 5' from the door, too!

Great apartment in a real nice home and neighborhood. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely outside areas around, a quiet secluded spot

Quiet little get-away with great hosts. Had a very warm welcome from Sharon at arrival. It was quiet and peaceful. Loved the sound of the creek below and the aspen leaves fluttering in the wind. My husband and I sat outside for hours just listening and watching the nature. Did a little sightseeing around the mountains and the town, but the best part was at the unit just " kicking back". Really needed that. Thank you Sharon and Dave for a memorable experience. Looking forward to staying there again.

Loved the place. Perfect getaway for my girlfriend and I to ski Breck and Vail. Minutes from downtown breck and the mountain. Cozy place with everything you need for 2!
