This house set up was perfect for us! My adult children struggle making the holidays so we do a Christmas in July! With the two houses, we were given the opportunity to have the late night people hang out in one while those of us who go to bed early a quiet space. We would recommend it to anyone who want to hang one the beach and great down time. We will be returning in the future.

Me, my husband, 14-month-old daughter, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and their children (6, 4, and 2) all arrived on Sunday. Everything was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The grandparents stayed at the smaller house, which was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was so nice that the grandkids could safely walk between the two houses. It was also super nice to have two houses for nap time-that way the rowdy kids could be in a separate house to keep one house quiet. I am 24 weeks pregnant and really appreciated the large jacuzzi tub in the main house. When my brother-in-law and his wife and kids left, my parents came. My 69 year old dad, who has a bad leg and hip, was able to easily walk to the beach and to the Carousel grocery store. The proximity to the grocery store was very convenient-we never had to brave a crowded Walmart. It was also not too far of a walk to Thomas donuts, which is a real treat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. The area has a very residential “local” feel to it, which makes the beaches less crowded and very family friendly. The location is great, very quiet and safe, but an easy drive to PCB attractions or even some quaint shopping areas in 30A. The outdoor shower was perfect and the long clothes line for drying wet swimsuits and towels was a great perk. The water pressure was amazing-I’ve never felt water pressure so strong! There was plenty of cookware to use and I appreciated the Tupperware that was convenient for storing leftovers. The owner was very welcoming, texting to make sure we got in okay and quick to respond to messages. All in all, it was a perfect location for our family beach trip and can’t wait to go back.

This property was fantastic for my grandchildren’s first time at the beach. The distance to the beach is so close and not very crowded. The home was cute and had plenty of space. The guesthouse was perfect for my daughter and grandkids. The clothesline is a plus and there is plenty of beach supplies. The covered porch is nice, we sat out there at night. We will visit again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very accommodating for our needs and a great location. The pictures are just what you get. It was clean on arrival. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to public beach where it was not crowded. Easy walk to grocery store and Thomas Donuts where we walked every night for ice cream. Looking to book again for next year.

Upon arrival this house was very inviting and staged well to suite our needs for a family of 5 and 2 seniors. The comfort was well embraced by the cleanliness of our space. Our favorites were the short walk to the beach & also going for ice cream a few blocks away, which is a 5 star. When at rest we enjoyed the large porch for small talk, and the big swing was a plus. Very close to everything. Highly recommend.

With additional guest house great for grandparents. Driveway fun for young children to ride and play. Quiet neighborhood easy to walk and ride around. Convenient access to beach, stores and restaurants.

We had a great Labor Day week at this house in Laguna beach! It was just far enough from all the traffic to be relaxing and quiet, but still close enough to anything you might need. Easy short 2 minute walk to beach -all chairs, umbrellas, floats, skim board, etc are there to use. The separate guest house was perfect for our adult children to feel like they had their own place but still close enough to come eat all our food in the main house :) Favorite place to hang out was the big covered porch which came in handy with the first few days being rainy from the hurricane passing thru. Would love to visit again soon and highly recommend!

Our family loved the perfect location of this house. There was plenty of space for our family to meet from 3 different places for a joint vacation. We had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor shower was used multiple times a day by everyone, there is a line out to dry your beach clothes & towels, plenty of parking and extras to take to the beach with you. We really loved staying here and will try to stay again in the future.

Just stayed for a week July 10th -July 17th. My family and my brother in-law and his family. Plenty of room. My family had 5 his had 4. It was very nice and quiet. Just a very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the end of driveway. Has laundry room, all kitchen things. Would definitely stay again. And recommend!

The house is nice and location is great. 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Just a few minutes from store and restaurants.

This is a great property: 2 houses with lots of beds, pull out couches, good sized yard, quick walk to the beach, no high rise condos around, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, outdoor shower, big yard/patio/driveway, nice clothesline, room for pack n plays and air mattresses, quiet street. No internet, no dishwasher. It is the cutest vintage house and we’d love to come back!

The location was great, the price was great. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were very dusty. The washer and dryer were terrible. The washer would jump all over in the spin cycle regardless of the load size. The dryer took over three cycles to even start drying the clothes. Overall it's a nice outdated beach house that could use some work. But you can't beat the price. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked. Lots of toys to use for the beach.

Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, this property was a perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) + the 2 elderly grandparents. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen. Cable TV. No internet, we used our phone hotspots with a Fire TV Stick so it wasn't a problem. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards made our beach outings so much more fun. We bought a huge bag of charcoal and grilled every night. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second year here with 13 of us. Plenty of space both in and outdoors for all. No need to bring beach toys, nets, chairs or umbrellas with you, it's all there for you. No need to even have a vehicle with you. You can walk to store and Thomas donuts. Kitchens are stocked with anything you would need to prepare any type of food. We will definitely be returning for a third year. Really, it doesn't get any better than this. The dedicated beach at Laguna beach is as good as it is in Cancun.

We just stayed a week at this lovely cottage and it was an amazing stay. We had 11 people and it was more than enough room for all of us. It was very welcoming and felt like home away from home. The pictures def do not do it justice. It is fully stocked with everything you need and no need to bring anything but your clothes. After such a long drive the jetted tub was AMAZING!!!!!!! There are grill provided and make dinner time a breeze without having to be stuck in the kitchen because it is a vacation after all :) :) The neighborhood is quiet and is literally just a short walk to a market that is like a mini walmart called the Carosel(spelling). The walk to the beach is short and straight at the end of the road is the trail down to the beautiful white beach. Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at the beach with no loud chaos like there is in the busy parts of PCB. We are already ready to go back to PCB!!!!

This set of homes are inviting and comfortable. The picture do not do it justice. We just returned from our one week stay and can not sing the praises loud enough. They are convenient to everything. It has already been decided by the children we will be going back and this will be the place we stay. Thank you Amy for everything! Your beautiful homes are now a part of our lives forever.

I am going to keep this really simple..Our stay was absolutely wonderful..Perfect house ..perfect location...perfect weather....Perfection !!!!!

Once you find a good thing why look any further, and that is definitely true of this house. We have stayed here before and had a marvelous time and the same holds true for this latest visit. The owners are very accomdating and very pleasant to work with. Only a 1/2 block to the beach and a block to the Carousel Grocery. This house is as far as I'm concerned the best deal on the beach.

My family and I stayed here from July 2nd until July 8th 2011 and had a blast! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. Both homes were very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Very short walk to beach with lots of friendly neighbors. The outdoor shower kept the sand to a minimum. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing in the evenings. We loved the large patio and privacy. The beach was gorgeous. We visit PCB every Summer and usually spend a fortune on a tiny ccondo. This is definitely the best deal in PCB! Can't wait to stay again next Summer. The owners are very accommodating and friendly!

We recently spent four days here with four adults and a toddler. We rented the guest house as well for additional privacy, but really the house was spacious enough for everyone. This is a great cottage in a super convenient (yet quiet) location in Laguna Beach. We loved the abundant outdoor spaces to just "hang out", the very comfortable beds and furniture, and spacious common areas. The owners were friendly and the rental process was easy/efficient. There is an unobstructed view of the beach from the front yard and street... and it's an easy walk from the house to the water (two blocks max.). There's nothing fancy about this cottage... but it is clean, very comfortable, and has everything you need for a laid-back, relaxing time at the beach.

My boyfriend and I rented this place last minute. Even though that was the case they were fast to respond to us and made the whole experience easy to deal with. This place is perfect! It is so marvelously close to the beach. The house itself was clean and everything we needed was provided. All the furniture was very comfy! I recommend renting this house based on location and the great owners. We plan on returning to this same house on our next visit!

My husband and I took our family t PC Beach for a mini vacation and we were so lucky to find this place. It was so nice and comfortable and in our price range. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again I would recommed this place to anyone needing a place to stay at the beach. The owner was very helpful if you needed to know something you could not figure out yourself.

We took four generations of our family on vacation and this was the perfect place to stay! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us! There were plenty of places for us to spend time together as a group and still have enough space of our own if someone needed to get away to be alone. A beautiful uncrowded beach was very convenient, as was the grocery store. Everyone had a great time. We would love to stay here again!
