Chris was a fantastic host and the property as a whole was more than I expected. The Condo was very clean and cozy. The location in Irvine was 5 min from the airport and close to anything else you need. I’ll definitely stay her again on future trips to the area

I enjoyed my stay at Chris' property . I was looking for a home away from home so to speak to change up my surroundings - a place I could work from, and see friends nearby as well as be active. It is extremely well located on border of Irvine and Newport. He is extremely helpful as any questions came up during check in or my stay. The apartment is true to it's pictures.

This is now our 4th visit to this apartment and our week has been wonderful again . The location is perfect to get easily to so many places Santa Monica , Laguna Beach , LA, Disney and then there is Newport beach minutes away . Since we were last here there have been some small improvements new soft fluffy towels and a new washing machine and dryer . The apartment has everything you would need . Our only thing would be to avoid American School holidays as everywhere is so busy compared to when we normally come in September. Thank you Chris

Overall, a fantastic stay at Chris' property. The Watermarke complex is a beautiful property with an amazing pool area, fitness center, and absolutely no need to be concerned about security - not that there is any reason to be in Irvine/Newport - because the place is locked down tighter than Fort Knox! Chris' unit is extremely clean and the entire complex is very quiet. No issues whatsoever with neighbors. The location is ideal for easy access to/from John Wayne airport, the 405 freeway, as well as UCI and the Newport Coast. Chris is incredibly responsive to any questions you have. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. There are a couple of issues to bear in mind depending on your needs, however. If you are more than one person and intend to do things separate from each other - for example, one person wants to go to the pool or fitness center while another wants to leave the complex and go shopping/to the beach - make sure to ask Chris for an extra key card. As I mentioned, the place is locked up tight and you need the key card not just to enter the parking garage but also to access the pools and fitness area as well as playground and tennis courts. If you only have the one key card and don't do everything together - or one person is staying in the condo - then it would be a balancing act to figure out who has the key and when. In addition, most of the condo is a dead zone when it comes to cell phone service. The wifi works great but as far as making or receiving phone calls on your cell phone, it only works (sometimes) on the patio or very near to the patio doors (but not always). Otherwise, you have to go out to the playground or somewhere away from the building to make a phone call, but even this does not work all the time. We ended up having a medical emergency during our trip and this was the most frustrating part of our stay. A couple of times my phone wouldn't work anywhere on the property and I had to actually get in my car and drive to a parking lot off the property to get my phone to work. This is not Chris' fault but it is an issue in case you are intending to make or receive phone calls from this property. Those issues aside, however, it is an excellent property, Chris is an excellent host, and the cost is fair for the area.

The apartment is fab. The facilities such as the pool and kids play park are fantastic.

Quiet area and place was great

In the apartment we found everything we may need far everyday use, ev also including sugar, coffee, some milk, frozen foods..etcetera etcetera..

Was completely supplied with everything you could need and Chris was available for any questions we had.

This condo was in a great location to both outside and inside amenities. It was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were comfortable and the linens are so comfy! The condo had all the comforts of home and more!!! The salt water, heated pool is spectacular with plenty of sun and shade. Chris is an excellent landlord and was available at a moments notice. We.will definitely be staying here when we visit Orange County. Thank you Chris!

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. Location was perfect easy to get everywhere. Laguna beach, Huntington beach and Newport Beach. Had a blast walking around Balboa Island. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Was a Perfect trip. Thank you Chris!!

Chris was an excellent host. I’m very detailed oriented. Chris answered all the questions I had. Very clean apartment very nice excellent parking.

The complex itself is wonderful. There is a great salt-water pool with two hot tubs and cabanas. The parking garage is clean and bright. You never feel like you're actually in a parking structure. The unit was clean...super clean...and stocked with everything you need. There is ample soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. The in-unit washer and dryer are brand new, with detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc provided. Internet and TV are wonderful. Very fast throughput and the cable package includes most channels (if you have kids, you'll appreciate that all kids channels are available). The location is great too. Starbucks is within walking distance and a Ralph's is about a 5 minute drive. The airport, the 405 and the 73 freeways are adjacent, so everything is very accessible. We will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Great place to stay as Chris is an awesome host! Picks up the phone every time I called and his place is very convenient to shops and the freeway. My wife, 2 kids, and I had enough space for us and this place was very clean. Thanks Chris for allowing my family to stay in your nice cozy condo.

Close to my event comfortable clean easy in and out and great host. Would recommend this for sure and would gladly stay again.

We liked the keypad for entry into the facility. Chris did a good job making sure we knew where we were going and made sure we had everything we needed.
