We had a blast. The condo for the most part was clean however the cleaner didn’t leave any toilet paper and only 1 extra garbage bag. It was definitely big enough for my family of 6. Me and my 2 littles had a lot of fun out back looking at the canal for little turtle heads poking out. Every time I messaged Fayla she responded with in a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had no issues with the VRBO website. It was after I Paid and The Owner Fayla contacted me that it appear there was a disconnect. For starter, Fayla should list ALL HER ADDITIONAL DEMANDS on the VRBO website. Guest who book this home should NOT be Surprise or Held Hostage To Make A Decision or Asked To Provide Addition Information. Such as: Drivers Lic, Sign & Initial additional documents, Locate and OfficeMax/Office Depot to Scan Document to gain access to the Gate or Door on the same day as the vacation is to begin. ✨My question is: Why Must I PAY A Cleaning Service Fee and also Sign & Clean The Property To Your Demanded Specifications By 10am Check-Out? Things To Improve: Effective Communicate Provide An Opportunity For Guest To Cancel ❌ Booking A Seamless Check-In & Check-Out process. Stop Charging A Cleaning Fee, If You Want Guests To Clean Your Place If you want the place clean to your additional demands, provide cleaning supplies Provide a vacuum Provide bedding for the sofabed Provide pillows for the sofabed Replace the sofabed mattress A Designated Place Sofabed items Remove the nail sticking out on the steps Repair the air vents in the bathrooms Change the refrigerator filter Change the flickering light in the bathroom Provide additional tissue Provide additional paper towels Clean Grill and Grill Utensil for New Guests Provide Outdoor Garden Hose Topper Provide Outdoor Umbrella for concrete table Provide Family Board Games or Cards

We had a blast

Just a few minor issues with the townhouse but overall the stay was fun and enjoyable. Only a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The issues were that the main bedroom bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan didn't work either, shower curtain liner in upstairs hall bathroom had mildew on it and the outside porch light didn't work. None of the above mentioned affected my stay so I would definitely stay here again.

This definitely the place to stay! Beautiful townhouse that is close to everything! The convenience of it made our stay so enjoyable. It’s has everything there to accommodate!

The property was a short walking distance to the beach. I didn’t realize that all 3 bedrooms were located upstairs, so it was difficult for my mom. The kitchen was stocked nicely so we were able to prepare meals at the townhouse. The complex had nice amenities.
