Have rented from ski CO many times and stayed in this unit twice. Very good location especially for kids ski school. Place is in need of a bit of maintenance but overall great place!!.

This property was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat. You are at the quicksilver lift within 3 minutes of closing the door. Check in/out was simple.
The only issues we had were the toilets and the lack of enough towels. Both toilets took forever to flush and flushed with very little power. The condo had 10 towels, but it’s $10 a load to wash/dry. For the price of the condo there should be more towels instead of having to wash towels and $10 a load several times. Parking is also expensive at $45 a night and limited to 1 car. We had to park another car offsite.
All that said, I would highly recommend this property.

Great trip, very easy check in and check out process, the unit was clean, however I would say a little dated. We requested a couple of box fans and they were quickly provided. I would stay there again, great location. I would prefer the curtains in the bedrooms to be more blackout style to reduce light early in the morning.

The condo itself is lovely, and as described by previous reviewers. The furniture could use a little updating as well as the bedding. The kitchen is great and it’s perfect for several couples or a family. The woodburning fireplace is great! And there was plenty of wood in the unit.
Here are some negatives that I think are very much worth mentioning. There is no on site Parking. Therefore, if you drive like we did from Denver we had to park a half a mile away and walk back-and-forth to the resort. If you are coming from out of state and taking transportation from the airport you don’t need a car everything is in walking distance and therefore you won’t need to worry about parking.
The resort itself is definitely dated. While we were there, the elevator broke for two hours also, the hot tub and sauna and pool are quite a ways away from this unit about a 15 minute walk outside.
The views from the unit are beautiful and you can walk right to the Quicksilver lift. The skiing was amazing so it makes up for all of these little inconveniences, except for the parking that was a huge problem.

I have a mixed review.
Picking up keys offsite after hours was good.
Parking and finding your unit are really difficult.
Pool area is really small. That was disappointing.
Unit is in a good location.
Unit needs new carpet since there are a lot of stains.
Furniture on back deck needs to be replaced.
Shouldn’t have to return your keys to another location. That is a hassle.
Living room furniture is tired looking.
Beds were okay but needs new comforters.
The bathroom door was missing so a curtain was hung. That was kind of strange.
Kitchen was great.
Overall I would recommend this but you need to be aware of extra cleaning fees and issues with unit.

The condo was great, perfect location, lots of room, better stocked than most condos we have rented. we got there early and since the place was already ready, they were super nice and got us in right away (especially important as it was our 2 year old's nap time and she was melting down). Such great service overall!

The property is in a great location, spacious and mostly well appointed. However it was not the cleanest. There was a sock on the floor by the bed in the master and also a crumbled paper-towel near the chair in the lounge. It always makes you feel as if the attention detail is not there.
The main bedding covers, of which the pillowcases matched, one of the them in the twin room had quite a mark/stain on it which looked to have been there for some time.
The rubbish bin in the main bathroom had a new bag in it but underneath was some left over rubbish of the guests before - sticking plaster wrappers and a disposable razor cover.
Ensuite Bathroom: The shower drain/plug release did not work correctly, no matter how much we tried. This meant the drainage was very slow and you were standing ankle deep or more in water the whole time you had a shower.
Unfortunately the noise from the upstairs rooms was horrendous - banging and crashing around.
Overall the property was nice and comfortable in a great location. The reservation team were prompt and friendly with their replies. Always helpful regarding our numerous questions.

The property itself was great. My only issue was the parking. The condo fit ten and we could only reserve one spot. We had four cars total and the parking was very frustrating and very expensive for our party. I wish we could reserve more spots and the overall experience would have been great.

We loved the property and the condo was in excellent condition. We will definitely stay at this place again. Everything was so very convenient.
Working with this reservation team was easy and pleasant. We did have an issue with the dishwasher. They had someone out to fix it within 30 minutes.

1301 Antero is a fantastic corner unit with great views of the mountain, the pond, and the village plaza. Plenty of space for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and very comfortable. If you have a car, make sure you reserve a spot in the parking garage. If a spot is not available each night of your stay, it's a bit tricky, but Justin works with you and will help you sort it out. For ski school, this property was excellent since it's in the same building. Plus, you can see the little ski school hill from the unit and walk right to it in no time to drop off or pick up the kiddos. Walking to the Quicksilver chair from the unit is super quick and easy. There's two Christy Sports close to the building as well if you're renting equipment. Great unit and great location; would stay again if we ever return to Breck. Justin was always very helpful when I called with many questions. I always recommend booking direct with a local agency such as Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals and never with VRBO or those other booking sites that tack on so many extra fees.

Condo was very nice and in a great location. It was a little difficult to get baggage from vehicles to condo due to parking location without a parking pass for the garage. The only complaint I have about the condo was the carpet next to the master bedroom smells like urine. Other than that the place was very nice.

My overall impression of the property was average.
My overall impression of the property was average. Perhaps my expectations are a little extreme, but I remembered Breckenridge being a higher caliber place compared to Denver. The condo fit everyone, but there were some minor details that have been overlooked for years. I will stay at the property again if given the opportunity. Overall the experience was great.

Excellent location, a bit dated, dining room table had food in the cracks, shower head leaks in master, coffee maker filters are too short keurig would be a nice upgrade. Should not rent without parking pass, we got in late and had to park 1/2 mile away because we missed a call asking if we wanted a pass. Do not recall seeing that when we rented but have rented for several years in the area and parking was included with other units.Location can't be beat for skiing and mountian view is great to wake up to!

Location, location, location. The ability to be within 5 minutes of the main lift allows for easy access and a place to rest and get something to eat during lunch time. The view of the hill was great. Working with the team to rent the property was very easy especially with the electronic signature capability.

The property is in a perfect location for ski-in ski-out with ski rentals right out the door. The property is dated and can use some upgrading but my only suggestions for this particular unit are to sharpen the kitchen knives and replace the mattresses and bedding. (Mattresses are hard, sheets rough, comforter has a scratchy plastic border the girls did not like)..... King in the master would be ideal. The email communication was efficient. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow.

Our family of seven enjoyed our time here. Great family area. Only critiques would be to upgrade the mattresses and bedding (hard mattresses and there was uncomfortable rubber around the trim of the comfoter. Sheets were rough). Also, the kitchen knives need sharpened. Otherwise, a great stay!

This is a perfect location with the most amazing views.
This is a perfect location with the most amazing views. Since this is a corner unit, it has three different views of the mountains, Maggie Pond, and the entrance to the Villages. The condo is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to sit and spread out. You can literally park your car and never move it for the week. Staff was extremely helpful and even texted for an early checkin, which after traveling from the east coast, was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend! This was a special occasion for us celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this condo did not disappoint. Thank you Ski Colorado. Extremely helpful.

The location was perfect. The views were great, the proximity to town was great. I was disappointed that when we tried to use the oven it was so dirty it smoked up the entire condo. I literally had to clean burnt food from inside of the oven in order to use it. The coffee make also did not work well and overflowed twice. So, i just tried to clean it and did not use it.
